Pre-Driver/ Clinical Evaluation only $300
Standardized assessments of vision, cognition, physical and sensory skills needed for safe driving. Best for someone who does not have a permit or license, and are not sure if they are fit to drive. On-Road Evaluation $180
Standardized in-car assessment of vehicle control, vehicle use, rules of the road, safety with actions/reactions, and following a set route. This is very similar to the requirements for CO license testing. This follows the Clinical Evaluation, for those who have a valid permit/license. *This is not offered as a stand-alone evaluation; A Clinical Evaluation is also required.* On-Road Training $160/hr
Hourly sessions of individualized training provided in the Program Vehicle, unless otherwise specified. Work on goal attainment in the areas of vehicle control, vehicle use, rules of the road, and safe actions/reactions, as well as readiness for the license test. *This is not offered as a stand-alone service. The clinical and on-road evaluations must be completed first.* Adaptive Equipment Training $160/hr
Hourly sessions of in-car training with any form of adaptive driving equipment. The number of sessions will be dependent on client goals and a demonstration of consistent safe use of the control. The Program Vehicle will be used, unless otherwise specified. *This is not offered as a stand-alone service. The clinical and on-road evaluations must be completed first.* Travel Fee $50/hr total travel time
Would you prefer to have on-road training start at your address rather than the office? Need a familiar-area only evaluation? This fee would be added to your hourly training rate. Charges are made dependent on the amount of time needed to drive to and from your address from the office address at the time of your session. *This is not offered as a stand-alone service. The clinical and on-road evaluations must be completed first, and a training session at your address scheduled in advance as such.* |
